If
we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess
our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and
will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us
from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose,
thought, and action]. ~ 1 John 1:9 (AMPC)
Hide God's Word in our hearts through Scripture reading and memorization. Even though hard times come, we must always remember His mercies are new every morning.

Does HE Know You?
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ ~ Matthew 7:21-23 (ESV)
