Help In Our Time of Need

Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. ~ Hebrews 4:16 (NIV)

Confidence...

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

Trust in HIM

But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. ‭‭~ Jeremiah‬ ‭17:7‬ ‭

Keep His Commands

21 Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God 22 and receive from Him anything we ask, because we keep His commands and do what pleases Him. (NIV)

21 And, beloved, if our consciences (our hearts) do not accuse us [if they do not make us feel guilty and condemn us], we have confidence (complete assurance and boldness) before God,

22 And we receive from Him whatever we ask, because we [watchfully] obey His orders [observe His suggestions and injunctions, follow His plan for us] and [habitually] practice what is pleasing to Him. (Amplified)

21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.

I Will Not Be Afraid

So we say with confidence,

Whatever We Ask...

He Reigns

3 Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there. 4 When they breathe their last, they return to the earth, and all their plans die with them.
